Our Fitness & Performance team is focused on creating engaging programs centered on the unique needs of U of T's students, staff and community.
Whether you are starting a new chapter in your pursuit of fitness, training for elite performance or are somewhere in between, we provide integrated support for your journey.
Current programming
As we continue to re-open, we're excited to bring more programs! In line with Step 3 of Ontario's Roadmap to Reopen, we are now back indoors for open gym sessions and offering group fitness workouts outdoors. See below for all the details to come sweat with us!
Schedules & Activities
- Each session is 45 minutes in length, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your program time. Registration opens 48 hours before the program.
- You must register in advance of your session and complete a pre-screening on the day of your visit (see more information below).
Strength training and Cardio at Goldring Centre
Schedule - Indoor Open Gym
From August 23 to September 3, train and workout at the Strength & Conditioning Centre (SCC) at the Goldring Centre.

Group Fitness Workouts

Grab a friend and come out for a fun group workout at Varsity Stadium.

SIGN-UP REQUIRED
These programs require registration to participate - please sign up for a time slot in advance. Registration is FREE for incidental fee-paying students enrolled in spring/summer courses at U of T.
SCREENING REQUIRED
In line with recommendations from public health authorities, participants must complete a pre-visit screening form on the day of your visit before using our facilities. The pre-screening tool will be available online and printed copies will also available at check-in if you do not have access to the online form. Please be ready to present your completed form (digital/mobile or print copy) when you check-in.
