The Musculoskeletal Biomechanics and Injury Prevention Lab is conducting a research study examining the effects of various everyday lifting tasks on the spine. No experience in lift training required.
Are you:
- Between the ages of 18 and 29?
- Free from low back and lower extremity injury?
- Able to life 9kg (women) or 10kg (men)
- Comfortable participating in spandex and a sports brassiere?
