Eligibility
Students: U of T students paying incidental fees for the current term can access these spaces at no additional cost.
Members: Anyone who has a current Sport & Rec membership can access these space at no additional cost.

Women-only hours offer the chance for women-identifying individuals to work out safely and comfortably. Only women-identifying staff will be in attendance and windows will be covered.
Please note that there are various periods of time where certain spaces and equipment use may be limited or not available due to scheduled program training. Below outlines time blocks that certain spaces may be limited. The program blocks below are subject to change. Please kindly check in with our staff on site for the daily schedule.
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the AC WLZ - Not available to use due to Olympic Weightlifting programming (Starting Sep. 18 to Nov. 20)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the AC SCC - East Wing - Not available to use due to IMPACT Training programming (Starting Sep. 12 to Dec. 14)
- Wednesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. in the AC WLZ - Not available to use due to IMPACT Proud programming (Starting Sep. 13 to Dec. 13)
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. in AC WLZ - Not available to use due to programming.
- Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in AC WLZ - Not available to use due to programming (Starting Sep. 30 to Dec. 16)
