IMPACT stands for Integrated Movement, Performance, Agility and Conditioning Team. Detailed programming and a personalized coaching experience, combined with the comradery of a team will have you training like a pro in no time.

The IMPACT Training Pass is available to purchase as an additional add-on to an active Sport & Rec membership. An active Sport & Rec membership or current U of T student access is required throughout the entire duration of the IMPACT Training Pass.

Women-only IMPACT sessions offer the chance for women to work out safely and comfortably. Only women-identifying staff will be coaching these sessions.

IMPACT Proud is an exciting staple of our IMPACT Training programs. The same great training that is uniquely, specifically, and carefully designed for trans, non-binary and Two-spirit people.
Your training program starts with a community agreement so that you can be sure all your IMPACT Proud teammates have made a commitment to inclusion and belonging. You'll learn all the basics of training in a weightroom and experience workouts that will leave you feeling amazing and strong. We'll show you that you have everything it takes to confidently take up space in the gym and explore what your body can do. If you've never been to the gym, no sweat (pun intended), we will meet you each week and take you to the training space. This detailed training program and personalized coaching experience led by members of the trans, two spirit, non-binary, 2SLGBTQ+ community, combined with the comradery of a team will have you training like a pro in no time.
This program is open to all members. No previous experience is necessary. All equipment is provided.

Equipment & What to Wear
Participants are asked to wear comfortable and appropriate attire and footwear that's suitable for fitness and gym activities. All equipment will be provided for the workout.
