SIGN-UP REQUIRED

This program requires an IMPACT Training Pass and registration to participate. Purchase an IMPACT Training pass and register in advance to reserve your time slot. Registration opens 14-days before scheduled session date.

Eligibility

Students: Current students paying incidental fees can access this programming by purchasing an IMPACT Training Pass. 

Members: Anyone who has a one- or four-month membership can access this programming by purchasing an IMPACT Training Pass.

Women-only IMPACT sessions offer the chance for women to work out safely and comfortably. Only female staff will be coaching these sessions.

IMPACT Proud is an exciting new edition to our IMPACT Training programs. The same great training with an added emphasis on Inclusion and Belonging. It is uniquely, specifically, and carefully designed with trans, non-binary and Two-spirit folks in mind. IMPACT Proud is more than just a fitness program it's your new community. We can't wait to have you on the IMPACT Proud team.  Your training program starts with a community agreement so that you can be sure all your IMPACT Proud teammates have made a commitment to inclusion and belonging. You'll learn all the basics of training in a weight room, all the coolest weight training modalities,  and experience workouts that will leave you feeling amazing. We'll show you that you have everything it takes to confidently take up space in the gym and explore what your body can do. If you've never been to the gym, no sweat ( pun intended), we will meet you each week and take you to the training space. This detailed training program and personalized coaching experience led by members of the trans, two spirit, non-binary, 2SLGBTQ+ community, combined with the camaraderie of a team will have you training like a pro in no time. 


All experience levels and identities are welcome and encouraged. This is for you!
