What is BIG HIIT & Studio HIIT?
It's interval training, but…BIGGER! This full-body conditioning and cardio-based workout (boot camp-style), utilizing interval training will have you feeling stronger, energized and ready for the day!

Equipment & What to Wear
Participants are asked to wear comfortable and appropriate attire and footwear that are suitable for fitness and gym activities. All equipment will be provided for the workout.
