- Please arrive within 10 minutes of your booking time. If you are later than 10 minutes, you forfeit your booking and it becomes available for drop-in participants.
- Golf clubs are available for loan with a TCard or membership card. No outside tees permitted (rubber tees are built into each mat).
- Sessions may occasionally be paused for 15-20 minutes to allow our facilities team to safely collect balls. Take a break, stretch, and then get right back to it once the field is clear!

Important Information
Who can participate?
- Students: Current students paying incidental fees can access this programming at no additional cost.
- Members: Anyone with an active Sport & Rec Membership can access this programming at no additional cost.
- Day Pass users are not eligible to book a timeslot but may participate on a drop-in basis, subject to space availability.
What to wear/What to bring
Participants are asked to wear comfortable athletic attire while joining in drop-in activities. Athletic shoes with non-marking soles are required in all drop-in activity areas.
- Closed-toed, activity-appropriate footwear is required. Please make sure shoes are free of debris before entering the facility.
- Socks, barefoot and back-less shoes will not be allowed at anytime.
- A shirt and shoes are required during all drop-in activities.
- Jeans and dress pants are not permitted.
- KPE Staff has final say in determining appropriate clothing.
Please note, changerooms and lockers are unavailable at this facility. Nearest available changerooms/lockers are located across the street at Goldring Centre.
Equipment Rentals
- Golf clubs are available for loan from the staff on site, for free. A valid TCard or membership is required.
- Individuals are limited to two clubs at a time, and may only be rented just before or during your booking time, used during your booking in our facility, and returned immediately afterward.
- All rented or borrowed equipment must remain within the facility from which it was rented and may not be taken off the premises.
- Lost or damaged equipment will be subject to a replacement fee, charged to the individual who rented it.
- Please do not remove golf balls from the facility.
- No outside Tees permitted. Rubber Tess are built into each mat.
- Golf clubs can only be returned by the individual who signed them out.
