About Laura
Laura Ingriselli is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Laura completed her kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo and then continued her education at Sheridan College, where she graduated with a degree in Athletic Therapy. After becoming a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2023, Laura worked with Queen’s Gaels Football team, Varsity Blues Football team and spent the 2025 Football season with the Ottawa REDBLACKS.
Laura returns to the Varsity Blues with extensive injury experience and is focused on getting athletes back on the field. Laura works to ensure athletes and clients can perform at their best, whether that be on the field or in activities of daily living. Laura will continue her pursuit of knowledge in the fall at Ontario College of Health & Technology in the Massage Therapy program.
