Tune in online on November 18 as a panel of experts from U of T's Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education explore the vital roles of nutrition and physical activity in cancer care.

Our experienced panelists will share their research insights on how diet and exercise can significantly enhance the well-being and recovery of cancer patients. The discussion will delve into practical strategies for integrating healthy eating habits and physical activity into cancer treatment plans, explore common misconceptions and highlight the importance of a holistic approach to care.

Don't miss this engaging discussion, moderated by Alexis Whitehorn, a PhD student in KPE's Exercise Oncology Lab. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share insights and gain valuable knowledge on how to support loved ones going through the cancer journey.
